King of Gold

Set in the American West in 1849, King of Gold follows William, a poor dockworker whose life collapses after betrayal by his lover and boss. Stripped of what he had, he is forced into slave labor in a gold mine, leaving him with little power and no clear way out. At the point of death, William awakens the mysterious Golden Eye, a power that lets him look through objects and detect treasures others cannot see. This ability gives him a route forward as he develops from an overlooked laborer into a mining tycoon. Using his unusual vision and intelligence, William takes on the elites who once crushed him. Along the way, the drama explores personal recovery, a broken engagement, hidden wealth, and his determined return to power.
