The Alpha's Broken Mate

Lyra is pregnant and incarcerated for a crime committed by her adopted sister, Selene. Her fated mate, Alpha Kael, sides with Selene and tells Lyra that seven years will pass quickly. While Lyra serves the sentence, she loses her unborn child, and Kael is with Selene, declaring his love for her. After her release, Lyra severs the soul bond with Kael herself and leaves for the war zone. Kael later regrets his actions and searches for her, but Lyra has moved on and is pregnant with another man's child. The story follows Lyra's quest for revenge and redemption, and Kael's realization of what he lost too late.
