The Comeback Play

In 2006, Marcel Wallace stood on the brink of sporting immortality during the UBA Finals. Known as “the sniper,” he delivered the decisive shot and secured the championship, seemingly opening the way to a future with his wife, Regina. That future ended when Regina died unexpectedly. Marcel then left the game and public life behind, while one question remains at the center of his past: who killed Regina? Years later, the former champion is a disgraced alcoholic facing a difficult return. He takes over coaching his estranged son’s underdog NBA team, placing his damaged reputation and basketball knowledge on the line. To keep the team alive, Marcel must confront the consequences of his disappearance, pursue redemption, and prove he can still lead under pressure. As competition intensifies, his concealed past and identity become part of the struggle, while the truth about Regina’s death remains unresolved.
