When Love Walked Away

Adrian’s attention is fixed on his childhood sweetheart Stacyway and her son Lucas when his daughter Esther needs him. Left inside a car beneath the hot summer sun, Esther faces rising heat after the vehicle shuts down and the air conditioning fails. Her attempts to get help receive no answer, turning a family gathering into a crisis. Esther reaches out to Claire, her mother, but the tablet dies before she can reveal where she is. From the office, Claire must search for her daughter with almost no useful information. Adrian’s decisions bring questions of responsibility and loyalty to the surface, while Esther’s worsening condition places the family under urgent pressure and leaves Claire racing against the possibility of devastating consequences.
